She doesn't take a cookie cutter approach or jump to conclusions, but instead she listens and carefully tests your body to make an accurate diagnosis. She develops a program very specific to your needs that - for me - worked like a charm. I had been suffering with extreme hip pain, despite two hip replacements, only to discover that the pain was referred from my glutes. I followed her guidance/exercises and today am completely pain free. Tamara has been a miracle worker and I can't recommend her highly enough. 5 stars or sure!"
