Reviews of Charlotte Vet Center
"I went to the VA event this morning on 3400 beaties Ford road. Veterans with walkers sat outside for hours to get inside. I also spent 4 hours and had to leave due to work schedule. The volunteers and staff also ate in front of the veterans while we waited in a gym that had bottled of water as small as your fist. They had small snacks but but an all day event where you can't leave and come back this is not treating an individual as a human. I didn't get everything completely done and I am pretty saddened for myself and veterans across middle charlotte"
"Called this office multiple times over the past week and never an answer. Finally drove to the office. There is someone at the desk but the door is locked. It is 1:30pm on 12/14/2021. The phone number listed on Google just rings, no automated service, no voicemail. The phone #704 number on the door is a non-working number. Why does this office exist if they can’t offer service?"
"Hand Salute..... I have been coming to this Vet Center since 2017. The staff is an outstanding mix of people all genders and races. Vets and non vet. The care and attention is high speed as my Army friends would say. This is a place to go. It's more than a place to talk. It's a place to meet with other Vets. A place to remember and make new friends who KNOW what a Core Value is. A place to share sea stories. I place of safety. Ready....Two"
"I am and have been a "client" of the Vet Center for numerous years. As a member of a PTSD group, I've been comprehending and learning how to deal with the effects of this disorder. The staff does a remarkable job in counseling. Whereas they deal with a pleathera of problems and personalities. Cudoes to them."
"I am a veteran, I have been oversea and had somethings happen no woman military or not should have to go thru. However, I have received help I needed from the VET center. I thank God for the VET center because if I had to count on the VA medical clinic here in Charlotte it would be over 4 months before I would be seen even once. Where here if i need I can be seen every week. It is much more helpful than anything the VA is doing for my issues. Billy is the best and has given me tips on how to make my life and the issues I have start to get better over time. They will probably never go away but I am hoping that as I continue to get help at the Vet Center it will hopefully become better. I am not sure what others experiences have been but mine is one I am very grateful that I found out about the VET center, because waiting on the VA clinic I was only getting worse."
