"I am petrified of the dentist. My filling came a loose in my front tooth, I went to Affordable Impants only for them to tell me they only do partials and dentures after sitting there for 3 hours. I sat in my car and starting calling around to dentist in my network. Well let me just say it was a blessing for me to stumble across this practice, Katie the receptionist I spoke with over the phone was so kind, when sensing the urgency and frantic in my voice she scheduled me for a same day emergency appointment. When I walked in the lady said she had been expecting me (I didn’t get her name but she was exceptional too). My only complaint was that I was freezing but what doctor’s office isn’t and they provided me with a blanket. Dr. Chen was amazing. She didn’t try to make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth or take an X-ray and make me come back. She fixed my problem there on the spot! I felt so comfortable I scheduled my next appointment and one for all 3 of my kids. She was my angel of mercy today! I couldn’t be more pleased."
