"I had a pretty good experience here! I fractured my foot the night before and when I got there, I was told it was about a 2.5 hour wait, however they called me back in about 15 minutes. I waited maybe another 20-30 for x rays and to speak with the PA but it was a significantly less amount of time than I was told. PA Sarah was kind and concerned about my issue! I’ll definitely come back if I ever need to."
"Had to call back 4 separate times over a span of 3 days to have a prescription sent, when I was informed it was sent at the conclusion of the visit with the attending physician. Was assured multiple times it was sent, when calling to confirm at the pharmacy they said it was not sent. On the fourth time was told it was. Went to the pharmacy 3 days later and it was on hold."
"I had a great visit last week and tested positive for COVID, however, during my visit I was told Paxlovid May effect my birth control, that’s fine. But what they didn’t tell me is that it would also affect my specific anti anxiety medication AND my migraine prevention medication. I’m two days off paxlovid and still having panic attacks in the middle of the night again and getting a headache/migraine daily. It would be helpful if they double checked all medications. Had I known it would’ve lessened the effectiveness of ALL 3 of my medications I would have asked for something different. Now I’m struggling trying to live day to day with my medications having to start all over in getting my body straightened out."
"I was handled so quickly and efficiently! I went in for conjunctivitis (a walk-in), and waited no more than 2 minutes. Weight and vitals were taken, and the physician saw me right away. My prescription was sent in to my pharmacy, and I was on my way! PERHAPS I was there longer than ten minutes, but it sure seemed like that was all it was. Couldn't have been longer than 15. Everyone was nice, and it was a great experience overall."
"I'm confused about the situation. The PA inside didn't take any action when I arrived, treating me indifferently, and offered no assistance. Despite a low fever and severe stomach pain, he suggested I go to the ER. I was taken aback, and now I worry about receiving a bill for just a 2-hour wait in the waiting room and a brief 5-minute interaction. The person who attended to me was incredibly laid-back, almost indifferent. In contrast, when my mom had to visit the ER and went to a different urgent care first, they promptly called the ER, ensuring they were prepared for her situation. This particular individual seemed disinterested and unconcerned. The nurses and the female PA are great but the PA today was terrible. By the way it wasn’t a ER illness.."
