"I was told by the institute that they were in network with my insurance company. I then had my son go through their $600 evaluation process (that insurance does not cover). The school later told me they were not in network and could not work with my insurance. I am now being forced to pay them $600 for nothing. As a single mom of a son with special needs I feel we were scammed and that I've wasted my time and money on this institute."
