"Arrives at 3 pm, filles out paperwork watches multiple people get called back before me even people who drives after spoke to the receptionist who realized they messed up, said they would call me next, they still didn't. Finally got called back after waiting an hour and ten min in waiting room It's now 2 hours and twenty minutes later and still have yet to see doctor . I'd say don't come here but I e had the same experience at pretty much every concentra I've been too. It's horrible you wait forever and something is always screwed up one time they lost my blood work. I have to come here bc it's what my work uses feel like everyone is in my same shoes but if ur not and you have a Choice I'd go somewhere else."

"Had a wrist injury at work so it went through workman’s comp. Many problems getting an MRI scheduled. The insurance company blamed it on Concentra but I’m not sure that’s accurate. I have no way of knowing for sure as they were communicating and I was on the outside. Wait times to see the doctor at my appointments were all too long. One was 1-1/2 hours. The quality of care was excellent. Dr. Elsey is a very personable guy. Explains things very well and answered every question to my satisfaction. Very qualified Doctor. I highly recommend him. The staff was kind and considerate."

"Nice, friendly staff. Full waiting room but my wait was not bad. Only complaint is the excess amount of questions on the intake form. I was not there for a physical or illness, only lab work. All those questions were not necessary."

"So the PAs and other providers are great. They are so personable and actually look back in your history so they don’t ask the same questions. They are professional. The front desk on the other hand is not professional. They seem very annoyed and don’t communicate to one another. I had to pick up test results for my employer. First off they act as if they can’t be bothered. I was on the phone for about 15 minutes for someone to disregard my request. Then someone else picks up to tell me my significant other can pick up my paperwork because they can’t fax it or email it due to HIPPA. That definitely didn’t make sense. I went with them anyways to get my papers because someone has already messed up. Their reasoning was not consistent. I go in there to get my papers and mind you I have three tests done. They gave me one. No greeting just rude. Then when I explain to them my frustration. They brush it off. They are all unprofessional up front. They represent the people in that office and providers and based off their attitude, it’s giving a really terrible vibe. Also consistency is key, in any business. So maybe they need a crash course or people who know the information should handle those questions."
