"Practice manager Devan is the fastest gun in the West when it comes to reply emails. I have never waited a full day to hear back from her about scheduling, and she has several times reached out within 15 minutes of sending in a request. Pending payments and paperwork have also not been obstacles to getting treatment, and I have never experienced the hostility of some other practices when I've had difficulty completing forms in time or making it to my appointments. Jason Darden is a compassionate practitioner and seems to have a genuine vested interest in my well-being beyond my medication status. He works with me to maintain the lowest necessary dosage on medications and remove any unnecessary prescriptions, but has never shied away from starting me on a new treatment. He has also worked with me to find lower-cost drugs when my insurance coverage changed in such a way that I could no longer afford my prescriptions. I would recommend this practice to any of my friends or family seeking psychiatric help."
