"Never saw Dr Rao. Saw a PA and asked her to get back to me on a question. Never heard back from her or any of the staff. Took almost a month to hear back from someone and when I asked her about never getting my questions answered, she just this is what I see and then just went silent. My suggestion is to go to someone else. Dr. Rao might be great but I never saw him. I saw the P.A. which is subpar along with the office staff."

"Terrible experience from Dr. Ralph. I had an on the job injury concussion and had an EEG done here. He was very nonchalant about my issue and never showed me a copy of my eeg. I notice when they are working the company you work for, they will do anything they can to lie to hurry up and get you back to work when you’re really not ok. He put me back to work full duty in which I didn’t agree to and yet I’m still having issues. Luckily I’ll be getting a second opinion from my own doctors. Never again!"

"Dr Rao is a phenomenal Dr. So many just throw pills at u and send u on ur way. He sat and listened to me. Not one time did I feel rushed. And dealing with workers comp I really saw him look out for me. Truly has the best interests of his patients at heart. I've been seeing him for around a yr and I'd give 6 stars if I could!"

"Dr Rao was personable and responsive. For my wife EEG testing at their facility, all we were told as preparation for the test was to not use hair products. The test involves putting gel on your scalp to affix 21 or 23 electrical probes to perform the test. Imagine what you look like after such a procedure... like you have been shocked by lightning with your hair stiking up like a punk rocker, at age 69 for a woman it is embarassing to look like that. why were we not told to bring a hat or even a comb. I emailed the office to voice my wife's hurt feelings and how disappointed we were by the lack of patient empathy demonstrated by the staff. That email complaint was never responded to or acknowledged in any way. Furthermore, it has been impossible to reach a person directly at their offices by phone. It seem that their phone system is designed to insulate the offices from their patients rather than facilitate communication. Second complaint and disappointment. An order for an mri was placed with an outside radiology department. It took a while to get the appointment and we literally had to hunt for it on our own to nail it down. When that was done and we requested medication for claustrophobia, we were told to contact the ordering physician to place a prescription to our pharmacy and we did just that. On the day of the MRI the pharmacy still had not received an order for the prescription. It took a few hours for me to reach the neurological institute via the radiology dept. of the hospital to get someone from the neurological institute to call us back and finally place an order to our pharmacy. Again, while Dr. Rao may be a fine physician, his offices seem like a fortress to breach for communication rather than a responsive service to patient care. We are not impressed! and a public complaint is our last choice for airing this problem."
