"Went for an annual physical(3rd yr in a row). Not only did they double book my appt which kept me waiting, Dr Waltz only sent one of the prescriptions we discussed(this was routine that I get these 2 prescriptions every yr). I have messaged the clinic numerous times, called twice and nearly driven up there to get a paper prescription. They will not send the medication to my pharmacy and are not responding to requests. So unprofessional, stressful and a massive waste of my time. Dr Waltz is clearly careless, the staff is rude and does not communicate effectively(especially Lauren). I will not be going back because who needs this stress?"
"Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me I would not be seen that day because they had too many walk-in patients. This was frustrating because I had made an appointment three weeks in advance and had taken time off from work to attend the appointment. To make matters worse, the front desk lady was unprofessional and rude. She interrupted me while I was speaking and was unable to explain why the cost of the appointment was $130 after insurance. This lack of transparency and communication only added to my frustration. Overall, my experience at this doctor's office was disappointing. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to others. When making an appointment, patients should be able to trust that they will be seen and treated respectfully. This was not the case here."
"The first time I went to this location I had a good experience so I decided to go back and make this my OB/Gyn. The initial doctor I spoke to was why I went back but eventually met another doctor and she then became my primary doctor. I’m not confrontational nor was made to feel comfortable enough to speak out about my concerns about my doctor and also my care/treatment from her. There was also two separate situations where I wish she would have been a better doctor, carer and listener as I felt alone and out of touch with my own pregnancy and knowing what was REALLY going on in addition to asking for help and feeling like she wasn’t truly listening. A difference in her decisions would’ve made a better difference in my life than a worse one like it did. I stopped enjoying my visits about 3 months into my pregnancy and it only got worse towards the end. I was slightly scared for delivery as I wasn’t informed much about my induction although I did plenty of asking. But fortunately I ended up having a different delivery doctor so I ended up feeling better because I got some questions answered finally. I’m not sure exactly where things went wrong as she was a lot nicer and more attentive in the beginning then it started feeling like she seemed to “stop caring”."
