"My mother has been coming here for a couple of months now and Dr.Orland is the worst Doctor my mother has ever had. No compassion or sympathy and is always in a rush. My mom had a surgery the first time and he arrived 2 hours late, not only was he late but her fistula wasn’t done properly. On her follow up appointment he was even shocked and asked who had done that procedure when my mom answered him and said he had done it he stood quiet. He claimed she had to get another surgery done because it wasn’t done properly due to her “vain”. Not only did she have to get the procedure done again but he was an hour and a half late again. My mom got an infection on her arm after the procedure the doctor didn’t even come up to her to look at it, he glanced by the door and said she was fine. Spent a total of 5 mins max at the door and left. My mother’s experience at this surgical center has been awful because of the lack of care and compassion of Dr. Orland, every experience seems transactional. Today she had to get her hemodialysis catheter removed he was so aggressive my mother was crying of pain I had to ask if she could get another dose to numb the area, it’s like it pained him to go the extra mile to make his patient feel a little at ease. Not once did he ask if she was okay he was just super aggressive with her."

My right thyroid is enlarged and I went to see her after my first biopsy by others did not provide result. Money down the drain. Also the first biopsy by others was not very pleasant.
