"I would give zero stars if possible. First off the nurse "Neyra" (if that's her name because she never told me) was rude from the beginning and didn't even know why we were there. When I explained my son needed a vaccine for school and made the appointment for that she came back and said they couldn't do it because they "ran out." Her attitude was very nonchalant about it and did not even apologize for the huge inconvenience. How about going over your appointments for the day and making sure you have the resources available that your patients need before wasting their time. I took the high road but figured I would leave a review to spare people from having the same experience that I did. I pray that the nurse has a change of heart and attitude towards people because not everyone has my patience."

"Do not trust "Doctor" Tokunboh. My father passed away at home, so following normal process EMS contacted his primary care - Tokunboh - to call and sign off on his passing, which he did. Problem is that Tokunboh is not in the State System required by North Carolina to register a death. When contacted by the funeral home about this originally he claimed he would enroll. But after 2 weeks he has still not enrolled and is refusing the funeral home's calls for updates. Without him doing this, a death certificate can not be issued meaning we can not lay my father to rest and my mother can't begin tieing up his affairs. Dragging this out, refusing to cooperate, and causing more stress on an already stressed and upset family is not showing care and compassion for your patients, which they deserve even in death."

"My daughter was going to Grace in Charlotte, and we moved to Concord. But I decided to bring my daughter to a different Pediatrician. The Charlotte location told me to go to the Kannapolis location for them to fax my daughters records to her new pediatrician. They told me I couldnt get them myself without paying $15. Which is already crazy to me. So I waited nearly 3 weeks for them to fax her records over. They told me they were having issues with their system. Well then just give me the records and i will bring them the 3 minutes down the road myself!!! I can't get her an appointment til they get her records, and I cant get her shots caught up so I can put her in pre school. I am about to miss the first deadline, and the 2nd deadline is in May. Needless to say, I am very irritated, and very disappointed and glad that I am switching. Grace medical staff seems very incompetent"

"They are slow. Not to mention, the doctor is ignorant. Let me take you back 6 months ago, I explained to them that I needed a medication continuously for a medical reason. The doctor acted like she understood and we left. Months later, it is brought to light that the doctor did NOT write the prescription like I NEEDED it to be. Now, I have spent the last two days trying to straighten out THEIR mistake, that they have not even taken responsibility for. Nonetheless, I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was busy. I was never told the manager would call me back, nor was I told that I could hold to speak with her. I was only told, “she’s busy.” Last night, I obtained my medical history from a previous doctor. I brought my medical history that states it is “medically necessary” that my medication is prescribed that way, and I was still told that I had to be referred. Mind you, I have stressed that I do not have time to waste and I need the referral and appointment today, considering I do not have another day off for a week and this IS their mistake. I am currently waiting for the referral and appointment. Side note: I do not know the doctors name but she is skinny and she has long black/dark brown hair. I do not, and will never, recommend Grace Medical to ANYONE and I am looking to change doctors myself. This is just one of many issues I have had with them."
