"I've been coming here for almost 3 years with both my sons but this experience has put a sour taste on my tongue. I was 15 minutes late for a 3:30 appointment and the lady at the front desk snickered and instead of rescheduling me for another appointment had me sit with my son in their office until they closed at 5. Having to answer why all these people after us are leaving while we were still in the waiting room was unsettling. I'm patient it's not the waiting that upset me but the condescending looks and the power hunger was insane."

"My children been patients since 2010 with Dr Ryan she is the sweetest lady in the world she has always made my family comfortable and always made time for us when I am freaking out. Our second favorite Doctor when Dr Ryan isn’t available is Dr Guido he is very personable and don’t mind being hands on. My 10 month old was sobbing (drama king) and he had drool hanging from his lip. Dr Guido wiped it with his hand as if it was nothing. Might not sound like a big deal but that meant a lot to me.
