"Went to the ophthalmologist for contacts. The doctor insisted on putting the contacts in my eyes when I have always done so for myself and I found this very uncomfortable and upsetting. When I told her it was bothersome she wanted to know why and when I told her I have sensory issues I explained due to autism she said well if you had of told me in the beginning you have autism we would not have had this problem. She was not nice and ended up ordering the most expensive brand of contacts for me well over 300 dollars which I cannot afford. Each and every other time I have gone to a Walmart they were about 60 a box at most. She put some eye drops in my eyes that were not the kind that makes your pupils bigger but some other kind and it burned my eyes and I could not see for 3 days and my prescription is so bad I still cannot see to read or even far away. However because of how upset she made me and scared of her I was I haven’t been back. I will have to go to another eye place and redo a whole other exam all which could have been prevented since they have all my records. They also should have had written somewhere about my autism because I said before it was hard for me to do the eye thing that blows air into your eye because of sensory. She didn’t do that exam anyway. Just never had such a bad experience before and it has caused me great anxiety and disruption in my ability to see!!"

"Visited Walmart Vision at Lake Wylie yesterday as I had a problem with my glasses spoke with Matthew who was courteous and helpful, problem solved within 20 minutes while I shopped in the store. Would not hesitate to recommend service here and once again thank you Matthew."
