"WONDERFUL STAFF! From the time I walked in to when I left, the techs and veterinary were all wonderful. I've visited twice and both visits were wonderful. You can tell everyone really cares about making sure your pet feels safe and happy. As an exotic owner, it can be very challenging to find a good vet and I would say that Dr. Leil is one of them. My pet rat Lotus has had a respiratory problem for about a year now. Bad enough that you could hear her breathing from across the room. Despite other vets efforts, nothing seemed to touch it. Until Dr. Leil that is. It's only been 4 days and I don't hear Lotus struggling for air. Lotus looks healthier, SOUNDS healthier, and overall I am just so thrilled to finally see an improvement. Especially one this drastic in such a short time! Dr. Leil also performed surgery on another of my rats, Tulip, and did an excellent job. The aftercare for Tulip really made me feel secure about leaving Tulip in the care of Dr. Leil and the vet techs. Tulip is very anxious by nature so it makes me really happy to know she was being cared for by people who genuinely cared. Overall, awesome clinic. The vets know their stuff and the techs are awesome people. Everyone cares about the critters and provides excellent care. What more could you ask?"

"Dr. Lail and the staff at Providence animal hospital are tops! Taking my sick bunny in and finding out he is in a lot of pain/sick was difficult. After spending a generous amount of time to discuss and explain his problem WE came to the conclusion it was best to say goodbye to our dear family pet. "We took our guinea pig here and the care was far better than any small animal/exotic animal vet I've ever been to. The vet we saw was very knowledgable and both the vet and tech had a kind, unhurried demeanor. The even told us where we could get a medication cheaper (than through the vet pharmacy) in the future."

"Very happy with Providence Animal Hospital! My dwarf bunny had a severe injury, and they were able to see me the same day. Dr. Lail was amazing with her, and they were able to get her into surgery not long after. After her surgery, they explained all of her aftercare and covered every detail. Every single staff member I have interacted with has been fantastic!"

"Our dog got stung by a wasp & this was the closest vet to us at the time. They cleared her, said she was fine, no meds or anything, just an evaluation & charged us almost $100. Unfortunately, she was actually having a SEVERE allergic reaction and we had to take her to her normal vet in Charlotte, where they gave her a shot of Benadryl & steroids. Luckily, we barely made it in time and they immediately took her back and worked on her. I am so FRUSTRATED and UPSET that my dog almost died due to Providence Animal Hospital's NEGLIGENCE!
