"Dr Kevin courts is incredible and so is the practice. I’d give 5 stars if this were about him. My 1 star is for the PAs. Under no circumstances should their PAs be practicing medicine and treating patients. I’ve been coming here for years. The first PAs neglect ended with me being hospitalized for over a week 4 years ago. The PA this visit gave me an antibiotic that I discovered at a hospital while being seen for sepsis (due to the failed antibiotics) is meant for children and healthy young adults. I wish they would discontinue their PAs. I’m willing to bet a lot of these bad reviews are from visits with them."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff is rude I was 5 min delayed for my appointment and no one was willing to accommodate when I waited for this appointment for weeks. I msged my doctor about 2 days ago after some test to tell her i was not feeling well and i wanted to see if she could take me in 2 days no resonant they definitely do not care about the patients"

"This used to be my favorite practice that I’d recommend to all my family and friends. Unfortunately it no longer has the same level of customer service and so many of their wonderful doctors have exited the practice. After struggling to find parking and only one working elevator in the building, I was seven minutes late to my appointment this morning and was informed at check in that they had cancelled my appointment and I’d have to reschedule. I took time off work for this appointment and am extremely disappointed that this is the way patients are being treated. If this is the new policy, they should let patients know. I have been a patient for years and come to this office for all ailments but will be finding a new practice immediately."
