"CVS, 2929 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC is understaffed, appears to have nobody in control and I waited 2 hours for my prescription because there were only 2 pharmacists and one cashier in the pharmacy. Previously there was a manager who kept the store running smoothly. Unfortunately, after asking, I found that she had been let go. This was a huge mistake. I've filled my prescriptions there for years and usually had to wait too long until this particular manager was hired. Now that she has been let go, it's back to being understaffed and causing pharmacy customers undue wait times. Also, the front cashier barely spoke english. It's not her fault that she was placed in that position. I blame this on CVS!! The previous manager would never have staffed a front cashier that cannot be understood. Most of that store's customers are not Hispanic which proves the prior Manager knew her customers and now, being understaffed, I really hate shopping there!!"
