"My mother was recently diagnosed with MS after an MRI. During our initial appointment Dr Lord gave us a very thorough break down of everything we needed to know about the diagnosis and treatment. They quickly scheduled her for her first infusion and the ladies in the treatment room are wonderful as well. Very glad for my mom to be receiving treatment here."
"I came to Dr. Conway with neurological symptoms that were similar to MS. Thankfully, upon MRI results, I was relieved to find out that it was not MS. However, once MS was ruled out, Dr. Conway insisted that my symptoms were all in my head. Thankfully, 1.5 years later, a thorough, good doctor discovered the genetic syndrome causing my symptoms. It turns out, it was all in my genes, not my head. If you do not have confirmed, terrible MS, run far, far away. Otherwise, she will belittle you and berate you over and over."
"I would recommend anyone who has Multiple Sclerosis to find another neurologist. Dr. Conway doesn't make you feel that she cares about you. She and her staff are very poor on communication. SHE DOESN'T CARE!!! I Will complain on a higher level. I don't want anyone else to have the bad experiences my wife had."
"My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and is now almost two months behind on his treatments due to miscommunication on their part. He showed up for treatment and was denied due to missing lab work that was not put through by Dr. Conway. He then showed up to Labcorp to get the blood work done and was again turned away because the doctor had not approved the labs. We have tried calling and have not been able to speak to anyone. Left voicemails and still no answer or call back."
"Trying to schedule an appointment with doctor coneay. No one answers the phone, left messages and 3 days later I am still no nearer to getting to talk to anyone. For a new facility that is taking new patients this is not a good experience."
