"Pull up for our appt. this morning 15 minutes early as required to receive a phone call that they had to cancel. This is the 3rd time in a row that they have cancelled our appt. at the last minute. I am sure if I cancelled at the last minute I would be charged because their time is valuable, but so is ours. I would not recommend this place if you value you time or want good customer service. UPDATE - rescheduled appt. was canceled, making it 4 in a row now. Thankfully we were called 5 days before the appt. and not as we pulled into the office this time but still very disappointing. They have now cancelled on us 5 times but we are unable to find another provider close by so we are stuck with this poor service. Just tried to get a prescription refilled when we called to make a new appointment and they said they would call back, of course no call. Called them today to get it done and had to leave a message, still no call back. Called about 5 minutes before the office closes and was told everyone was gone and they could leave a message. Will be seriously shocked if they actually call me in the morning. I am sure I will have to call them again to get this prescription filled prior to running out."

"Very frustrating experience. The psychiatrist would not prescribe me a medication I have taken for years and refused to give a reason why. This is limiting my ability to find solutions for myself. I would be fine with changing medications if he explained why I could not be prescribed my usual medication and explored other options. The only medication he offered instead was one that I had already tried and had told him did not work for me. He was completely inflexible and would not come up with any other possible solution. I had to wait several weeks for this appointment and now I have to try and find a new psychiatrist again. Other places I contacted were scheduling pretty far out so I imagine I will need to wait a decent while longer for my medication. It isn't very fun dealing with mental health issues and going to a professional hoping they can help only to have them brush you off."

"The person being seen left the practice. Tried multiple times to get a prescription filled. No return calls, no resolutions via other contact methods. I think if you have a practice that treats people, you should care about your patients."

"We first liked Dr. Laugh ride; however, it is difficult to get scripts refilled and my sons appointments (which he had to wait at least 3 months for) have been rescheduled the last 2 times. Both times it was by the office. Both times it was either day of appointment or day before. And both times he had to wait at least another month and a half for an appointment when he really needed to look at a medication change. I understand if they don’t have enough staff to meet the rapidly growing LKN area, but they need to seriously look into getting more doctors. I don’t see this happening since they know we’re at their mercy since many facilities are booked out at least a few months…which makes it that much more infuriating when they keep canceling last minute and rescheduling with no priority for those rescheduled. If it’s this bad they should be putting a slot, or multiple slots, into the weekly schedule for make-up/rescheduled appointments. I’m a therapist and that’s always been something I, and the facilities I’ve worked for, have done."
