"Horrible horrible office. Four visits for the same issue medicine after medicine and no results. Charged me a $40 copay four visits straight for the same reason. My copay is only $25 that’s the first thing so they stole money from me every visit. Also my son is only 3 yrs old. The fifth time I went I was feed up. I told them I’m not paying a copay that’s first off incorrect and second for a fifth time for the same issue. You’re not supposed to be charged copays for the same issue if you have reoccurring visits if the medical diagnosis is the same and untreated/treated improperly. Once I refused to pay the copay the office manager Carol refused to see my son. I will be making a full complaint to the NC board of medicine and I will be trying to get them as many fines as possible. DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible experience they are just disgusting. They put money in front of a 3 yr old child’s well being and safety. I hope you get shut down!!"
