"Very nice lady there helped me fix my glasses. I was looking for a new frame because the left handle on my eyeglasses had fallen off. But they said they didn't have any in stock that would fit my current lenses. Instead she offered to fix my glasses for free by gluing in the handle and now it works almost as good as new. I highly appreciate that effort!"

"My husband went there to order some contacts since I go to my eye doctor there. He waited over 10 minutes for noone to answer him but peep behind the blinds. I then called to order so I can pick them up at a later date and was told I had to order IN THE STORE. Well... i will not be revisiting them or their eye doctors anymore. Ill order my contacts and spend my $150 elsewhere."

She was so patient with the whole process and took the time to help us pick out the perfect frames. She walked me through the insurance process as well. I was super pleased and will definitely be back in the future."

"Vying with CVS as the lousiest Healthcare retailer of the year. (Not true for their Pharmacy, though. Those folks are AWESOME!) 1. They don't answer their phone. 2. They don't carry my size. 3. They don't carry lenses. 4. This is for the Grocery call in: (I.E., they pick and deliver to your car) they can't be troubled to READ the order and actually GO LOOK for what you specifically want. They throw "whatever" in because they're too lazy to try to look for the "real McCoy". Yes, I know that's not the Vision Center's fault, but it's a culture of apathy born of multigenerational apathy, at least as best I can determine. We were asked to do better and did or went hungry."

"Decent price, but they won't give your PD so you can order glasses online. Also, they had trouble with my high index lenses. After waiting a week for them to come from lab, the coating came back with lines in it the first time, so they had to send them back. Took another week and a half and they came back with lines still, not as bad and only in one eye. I gave up getting it fixed as I didn't want to wait weeks again and still have them be messed."
