"This was my first appointment and Ashley was very nice walked me through the process. Thank you Ashley. And the doctor I spoke to was Dr. Awodipe very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. Thank you,"
"My husband has suffered from mental health issues for many years. Since he has found CapeSide his mental health has improved significantly. Miss Meghan Blackman and Miss Ashley have been unbelievably supportive and helpful. It’s hard to put into words how thankful and relieved we are to have finally found some place that actually listens and treats you as an individual. If you are in need of mental health support please try CapeSide I promise you won’t regret it."
"Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely awful physicians with no care for your well-being. They’re emergency request portal is a joke as you likely won’t get a response for a week. So if you need emergency meds, good luck. I have had Harris teeter request refills and they also get no response. At first I didn’t care that my doctor was basically a soulless AI bot that only spit out the bare minimum amount of questions to consider it a check up. But they’re lack of ability to respond to medication requests astounded me. Don’t waste your money here when you can easily throw it in the trash instead."
"I really hate to leave a bad review, however, I feel it is necessary given my experience and after reading a lot of the other reviews, I see it is not just me. My provider did not spend much time with me or listen to my concerns. I totally understand being busy or understaffed but my appointment felt rushed. I requested a medication change and waited weeks to hear back. I emailed, called and left messages on the portal, was very patient and the medication was never even filled. I eventually gave up and found a different clinic and cancelled all appointments here. Months later they have called asking for money even though I paid the co-pay for my appointment in advance. They do not keep payment records and the portal they use to communicate does not always work and continually logs me out. It seems they are trying to charge me twice for just one visit even though I am no longer a patient there. The customer support is very unorganized and does not accept any responsibility for their lack of organization."
"I have been a Capeside patient for nearly a year now. My provider has switched 4 times in that year- each time I get no heads up, and I’m scheduled with someone new without warning. This provides low quality care, inconsistency, and communication between providers is poor. It’s suspicious that providers leave this office so suddenly, and it’s terrible that patients are suddenly switched to new providers without any input, and the new providers often lack any information on the new patient. Appointments are made without asking me if the date/time works, and communication and scheduling is terrible. I will leave a voicemail only to never have my call returned. I have utilized the patient messaging portal 8 times and none of my messages have ever been answered. I also experience my appointments lasting less than 10 minutes every time I see a provider- questions go unanswered and the providers are not thorough in their care. I feel that I am rushed throughout appointments, often experience my provider being double booked. I recommend seeking care elsewhere!"
