"Have been seeing Dr Nwe since October of 2022. Initially for weight loss program, and then as Primary Care. I looked for a weight loss program primarily due to increased joint problems, and of course hearecommend. Her program (no surgery) is easy to follow, (I am motivated) and I have been successful so far! 85 lb weight loss and still going. I would highly rexommend."

"Dr Nwe is a very good doctor, but I spend an hour or more waiting to be seen every time I have scheduled appointment. What is the point of having a scheduled appointment it takes an hour plus to be seen?"

"I have been seeing these physicians for going on 12 years. I am not sure my experiences would differ from seeing any other doctor in this country but I do have a few to compare with. Another doctor I guess I still have down on the Columbia area did spend a LOT of time with you and yes, you did have to spend a LOT of time in the waiting room. When I was assaulted by a family member, had to go to the ER and could have been easily killed through a brain bleed, the ER advised me to see my family doctor. Dr. Grewal was not in so I had to see Dr. Nwe. Early in the visit, after I explained what happened, she asked me if I “forgave” that person for what they did. Should have asked her if she was my religious leader or psychiatrist! I still find the question off-putting and not what I needed to hear at that point in my life. The person who did this to me, my family and this doctor seemed to take no note of how serious this had been how close I came to being killed that day. Otherwise after I recently took it upon myself to have much-needed septoplasty surgery for difficulty breathing much of my adult life, I did not receive any interest or comment about this procedure from Ace. Take some interest, ask me some questions. We are whole people not body parts and health is not just the absence of disease! I know this has been a rough couple of years with Covid19 but what better time for some changes."

"Do not recommend. The doctor did not listen to anything I had to say, prescribed me a medication I told her previously made me suicidal after ripping up the previous prescription wrote in my face, didn't give me the b12 shot as outlined in the program, was not friendly. The slim plate dishware they give you as part of the program is made out of material cheaper than what's offered at the dollar tree. After leaving about in tears a followup call was made and I was advised the office manager would be calling me back. The office manager never called however Robin, the sweet lady at the front desk, did call me to tell me the doctor was changing the medication previously prescribed to a medication my father is on for diabetes... This day quickly went from something I was excited about and ready to change my life over to one of the worst experiences with a "doctor" I had ever had. If you are looking for someone to be compassionate and as excited about your journey as you are this is not the doctor for you. She doesn't even believe in her product enough to explain it to you herself, you have to sit in a room and watch a 30 minute video. Robin was beyond helpful and sweet."

"Dr. Nwe is a great listener. Today , however, I experienced dealing with Sheree for the 1st time. This lady rose above and beyond. I know she handles ins. and other annoying phone calls, but she went out of her way to help me today. (GOLD STAR), Sheree showed what a true team player is and even made me laugh while I was nervous. Please keep her around for many years she is a fantastic nurse."
