"The reception staff are not friendly or helpful There were multiple tests that I needed to do for a work related physical , I explained this to the person who checked me in , she was rude and insisted I was wrong. This ended up resulting in my physical being incomplete and having to be completed at another location. I think you need staff that are more understanding and willing to listen and help."

"Arrived without an appointment for a DOT physical & drug screen. Was met with friendly & respectful staff who worked quickly to get me registered and in line to be seen. During exam / physical the staff & Doctor were friendly, answered questions, and explained processes in detail."

"I had a positive experience at Concentra. I went in for a minor emergency and arrived just at opening time. I was called into the examining room only minutes after completing the registration forms and the doctor entered less than five minutes after that. The doctor was professional and personable. I was treated and out within the same hour. I’m glad I chose Concentra over waiting until my regular doctor’s office opened and then waiting for a walk-in appointment! I was served quickly and proficiently!"

"The site I visited is an Urgent Care as well as a Pre-Employment Screening site. Wonderful, friendly, professional, and courteous staff. The office was backed up and busy- the staff weren't phased and remained smiling and friendly. I was more than happy to wait my turn. This place is truly one of a kind in the medical realm. Folks let you know it would be a bit as they had quite a few ahead but kept on with a smile. This level of service and professionalism is bar none. Highly recommend this site and the incredible people who work there. Everyone was great."

"1st site arrived at 8am. I understand lack of staff. Told 2 hours . Then at 10am Told 3-4 hours more. Left and went to the next site 11 min away and they were great. Excellent communication and although busy, they were friendly and communicated wait times. Exam and blood work a little over 2 hours. They get 5 stars at the location I was actually seen"
