"I have pictures and proof that 10minutes ago an employee sold me a broken vape and when I opened the box to show them, and told them I needed this mess replaced. The trash told me to call elfbar company because he didn't care.. So I will be back up there to speak with a manager and discuss the fact that this store now owes me 20$ or a replacement vape IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL BROKEN /DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND THEN NOT REPLACE IT WHEN SHOWN RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!! Think long and hard on that one. (Email me if youd like the pictures for proof cos I have them and will gladly air this out everywhere)"
"Sales associate name Ricardo has a rude attitude and got into a argument with words exchange with a customer who is disabled. He should not work in a environment if he does not have good customer communication. Technically this job is not for him."
"Great variety and price. They hired a new manager a few months ago who is doing a bang up job. The walk in humidor has a good selection of value and name brand cigars, although they could stand to raise the relative humidity a few points They are able to special order for customers and receive the product quickly. My only gripe is that they tend to run out of matches:) I don't vape but it looks like they have a wide selection of electronic cigarettes and flavors to choose from."
"Charles is an absolute sweetheart. The store is clean, my product is always in stock, and Charles is extremely nice to all the customers, (unlike the lady in Euraw village, who is REALLY RUDE)."
