"I had some mediocre experiences with some of the doctors here in the past, so I had gone elsewhere for a few years. Recently found myself in the market for a PCP again after my long term PCP moved to a different state. I noticed that Fort Mill Family had brought on a new doctor, Dr. Diamond, and I thought I'd give them another chance. She's been absolutely fantastic, extremely understanding and down to Earth. Listens well, is willing to try different approaches, and is just awesome to work with in general. I'll be sticking with her for the foreseeable future, and you should check her out if you haven't."

"I've been a patient here for quite a number of years (I think since 2013). During that time, I've had 3 different primary care physicians, as the first 2 left the practice. I can say that over the years, I have seen changes in how the practice works. At the beginning, I used to wait for a very long time to get called back to see my doctor, or would be in the exam room waiting...well past my appointment time. However, over the past year and a half, that changed. Now, I get called back on time (or sometimes ahead of time), and I've been lucky with all three PCPs I've had...I feel like every one of them took the time to listen to me and do what was best for me. It's true that it can sometimes take a LONG time to get an appointment with the doctors, so that's why I'm not giving 5 stars. They have moved to a new location, and I believe they've updated their software, so I'm thinking that is sometimes why there may be communication issues. And I know that staff turnaround is a concern, but so far, I've always been put into good hands when one of my doctors leaves the practice."
