"Went in for an item the website stated was in stock. Go to the pharmacy and was told they didn't have it. Then I asked the person "helping " if they knew if another store had them? They named stores in the area. I said no , I mean Walgreen. They looked at me and said no I wouldn't know. Hmmmm. You can't look thru your database? You couldn't ask the pharmacist? You couldn't call the one on speed dial?? Just let me suffer!!!!! Great customer service.. NOOOOT"

"Extremely rude. Stephanie is absolutely No help. Another Walgreens told me this location had what I was looking for. I couldn’t find it, so I asked and she said “well did you look? Then we don’t have it.” VERY unprofessional and rude."

"The customer service at this location is consistently TERRIBLE. No one seems to want to do their job. The managers always racially profile me and seem to follow me to each aisle I go to. This has happened multiple times for absolutely no reason. They just stare at me. I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time the young girls slam my items in a bag and do a bunch of huffing and puffing rolling their eyes as if IM inconveniencing them. It’s absolutely disgusting and lacks professionalism. DO BETTER."

"This pharmacy is so terrible. They never answer their phone, they don’t refill on time, they won’t transfer your rx back to another pharmacy and then tell you they can’t do anything to help and then cop an attitude in the process. Stay away from this pharmacy if you can."

"This store is clearly understaffed. Wait times are long, and it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. There is a major lack of communication between the pharmacy and patients. The positive is that when you're able to talk with a tech in person, they're kind and helpful. Edit September 2023: Dropped to one star and wish I could make it zero. I'm at the point that I don't care if this is where my insurance wants me to go, I'd rather pay out of pocket than continue dealing with this. They have no issue billing your insurance as soon as the prescription gets there but won't actually fill it for several days or more, despite the medication being confirmed as in stock and the patient calling and confirming they need it."
