"Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We love Dr. Michael and her nursing staff. We have never had an issue with making or changing an appointment and find the Novant patient portal easy to use and navigate. We have never had a bad experience with any of the Novant offices!"

"Although we moved 30 minutes after being 2 mins away, I would still bring my son to see Dr Ofori-Mante. I like her, she is personable and took well to my son. However, I am looking for a new office to take my son to. As a ftm, I was not understanding that I could question and refuse anything during a visit. After every wellness visit I was being billed $88. I emailed and called just to understand that part of the visit. I never received an answer. One time I didn’t complete the questionnaire and the receptionist handed me a paper copy and made it seem like an obligation before being seen. I called Novant billing a few months ago and that call did it for me. The finance manager or office manager left a note on my file that “she” referring to me, was given an explanation to the charge and why the questionnaire was necessary. That never happened. The “note” on my file was rude and off putting. I was caught off guard while the billing agent was reading it. I was simply trying to understand what part of the visit the extra charge accounted for as the wellness visit was covered. We will not be returning to that office ."

"We absolutely love Dr. Bernal and Team! They have always been courteous and attentive to our child’s needs. We’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen and they show an extreme amount of care to our little one. I would recommend them every time!"

"Dr. Bernal and staff have been providing great care to my sons for over 7 years. He listens and has a very genuine care for my sons' overall health. He is very good with responding in Mychart. One time he was out of the office yet another doctor responded. I love the teamwork and that the office didn't allow my question go on unread until Dr. Bernal returned! That's dedication and professionalism! I love the time he takes to listen to our concerns. Also, the office staff is always kind and professional. Thanks for the extraordinary care we recieve."

"Called twice. Both times i was told that the doctor isn’t accepting more patients. She wouldn’t help me find a doctor elsewhere, and suggested I call every other office around here. But thankfully there is another large healthcare network in this city, and they were able to help me without any issues. I would highly recommend just going with another provider if this happens to you. Even if doctors are in short staff, the people who answer the phones should be able to direct you to somewhere that can help you. Some also offer virtual visits if you just need a prescription refill."
