"Scott Ajello was in my room for a whole minute and a half. Made me move my shoulder in 5 different positions and asked if each hurt. Then said it's my neck and he's referring me to a neck specialist. I've never had pain in my neck. I have a pinched nerve under my shoulder blade that's causing pain from my shoulder blade to my finger tips and had carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome. He didnt ask any questions (didnt even ask where the swelling was 3 days ago. Hint: no swelling in my neck) except does that hurt. Didn't ask if I need a note for work or any background questions. I feel they scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. They only did x-rays which means the bones are fine. That doesnt tell you about muscles or nerves. Worst doctor experience I've ever had. I told them how I felt and they suggested I see a second one of their doctors. Also the referral was going to be to a neck specialist an hour away (I already traveled 25 mins to come to them and charlotte is 35 mins away). Save ur sanity and money and go anywhere else."

I have e seen what I thought was the best when the Dr. For the Hornets back before they left us was a good orthopedic surgeon, Scott showed a more attentive and compassionate and informative bedside manner than that doctor did."

"I took my husband there 9/11, he was seen by Dr. Ajello. This doctor didn’t know if my husband needed surgery or not! This doctor also said he was going to call in my husband something for pain. Well 5 days later and several phone calls, my husband is suffering in pain because nothing has been sent to the pharmacy. They dropped the ball!!!!"
