"I love this place I know that a lot of people say that it's unprofessional and that they have no bed size manner. One thing I love is that not only does the doctor talk you through every inch of what he's doing he makes jokes to take your mind off of the pain and of the procedure. People that have a problem with the practice are people that are not looking for a long life of no pain they're more chasing pain medicine. Which makes it hard for people like me that needs help with all the pain that they're in. I would advise anybody that's trying to better their life and manage the pain to visit"

I was a patient of Dr. Pociask for several years and was very happy with his care. Now I see Dr. Sullivan and always feel well treated and confident in his care. The staff has become like family and are also very knowledgeable. I could not recommend a better place for pain care!"

"I 10000% would steer people away from this practice. I went to Dr. Pociask in January 2020 for injections… and am STILL dealing with billing issues to this date, November 2022. As a Doctor, he’s fine enough. His bedside manner isn’t great, but it’s tolerable. Unfortunately, the practice is a mess. They warned me that I’d get a bill from him, and a bill from the hospital. I actually got three bills, and the external billing service they use is even more of a mess than they are. Seeing him wasn’t worth the headache of getting the billing sorted, frankly."

"I am a patient at Southeast Pain and Spine. Dr. Sullivan, the PAs and staff have taken care of my back and body pain for 10+ years with respect and care. The medication and procedures are gauged to keep me active within the limits of my body. Sometimes they will advise me that what I want is not a good treatment and they have been correct. I understand pain is different for each person, they do good work here."

"I brought my aunt for her appointment with Dr Sullivan. Diane the front desk lady has little to no idea how to talk to people. It seemed like we were an inconvenience for her as she yelled at us for needing masks upon arrival. The male nurse we worked with was great as well as Lauren Justen the PA. Dr Sullivan was arrogant and demeaning. Offered no real solutions and was generally rude. Made my aunt feel like her pain was to be expected and really wasn’t interested in helping her. Thankfully we got a referral for rehabilitation for her back and her primary doctor will manage her meds. We will never see him again as my Aunt would rather be in pain than deal with him. 8-30-22 Tried to call the number that the owner responded with but you can’t get a hold of anybody. Nice. Just another reason I wouldn’t recommend these folks to anybody."
