"I wish I could send a lower rating. What a cluster. I had a problem with my eye due to some surgery out of state. After 3 weeks, calling them, being told I need a referral, being told they hadn't received it, calling my doctor out if state to confirm, making out the online form they still have no record showing any of this. It was their form! Incompetence, unprofessional, lackadaisical staff. No thanks"
