"This place is the worst. Horrible service, empty shelves . Waited over 45 minutes for a prescription. No one there is in any rush other than to go home. If your that busy ,hire more people."
"The customer service at this location is always excellent! Jamel, Josh, Natasha, Chris and the others are always very helpful when I need help with prints."
"Josh at the photo/FedEx counter was very accommodating!! He assisted in packaging, scissors, tape, and all!!! Thank you Josh for your excellent customer service!"
"Usually, there’s just one register open with a long line. One time I was second in line, and an employee said her register is now open. The guy behind me jumped into her line, and I turned around and looked at them. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and told him she’d take the next customer in line, which was me. Since the look on her face and the tone of her voice made it obvious she wasn’t interested in respecting the old “first come, first serve” adage, I told her I’d stay where I was since she’d already started with him. Then there was laughter, so I decided to leave without making any purchases. Not too long ago, I was in the same situation (long line, one open register) when the manager told the cashier to open another register. He (the manager) jumped into that line to buy a snack. Then I went to her line, but she said the register is now closed. She only opened it to wait on the manager. One time I was in line to buy several grocery items, including about 20 highlighter markers that I intended for school supplies for underprivileged children where I work, but the cashier and manager took them away from me when I got to the register. They said due to the clearance price I could only buy one or two even though they were on clearance and there were no signs indicating there was a limit as to how many could be purchased. Can you believe that? They refused to let me purchase a small box of clearance school supplies for needy kids! In addition, it’s difficult to receive service at the photo lab. They have weekly ads that often advertise sales on Pepsi products, but this particular store is often out of the same Pepsi products that they're advertising, and it's not because there are sell outs. Go on Sunday when the sale starts or Monday or Tuesday, and you'll often find no Pepsi. Ask and they will tell you it's all Pepsi's fault. Sure, Pepsi manages to regularly stock the shelves at the gas station across the street, the CVS next door, and the Dollar Tree and Walmart down the road, but not this store? Service has been an ongoing issue for some time now, so I’m just going to shop elsewhere and have future prescriptions filled somewhere else as well."
