"Been trying to delay a message to the doctor I saw. The doctor was very nice by the way. This place has a full staff from the front desk to the back but no one answers the phone. No one will call you back. Maybe I am dialing the wrong number. When I finally got my appointment after calling a few times I thought oh this place is not too bad. I think I am going to change my mind again. They will collect your money but will not call you back. Unfortunately this is the only place to go in this area if your having issues. So I am stuck."

"This poor review is directed at the office manager. I showed up for an appointment that was given to me, but they had screwed up. They had me booked for two days later. They wouldn't accommodate me! I was only dropping off a urine sample but they wouldn't take it. Now I'm banned because she didn't like my tone. No, I didn't curse at her. I had driven a long distance and I was leaving town on the incorrect date they scheduled. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!"

"Had an appointment and the copay was $60. So when I got there I asked if I could pay $30 today and the other $30 this coming Thursday. Mind you I pay $88 dollar every two weeks for insurance faithfully. So the struggle is real. All I needed to do was pay half today and half Thursday. Well I guess Carolina urology doesn’t really matter if you lived or died, you need the copay before even being seen. Then going to ask me if I want to reschedule. Nope I don’t I’ll take the chance of dying because that’s what you did. What a joke. Even the emergency room will see without any money."

"When I called to schedule a follow up appointment the hospital told me to make because I had a kidney stone, the person who took my call was absolutely the rudest individual. She scoffed when I said I didn't have any pain at the moment, she lectured me about not having a physical insurance card because my work and insurance company switched over to digital cards, and was just really disrespectful on the phone. I can't remember her name honestly because I was really just so angry by the end of the call. HOWEVER, when I showed up at my appointment the lady at the front desk was super nice, and I saw the nurse practitioner Kathryn Barnes. She was the nicest and most understanding person. I was so caught off guard by this kidney stone, and so anxious about it and about what to do to prevent another one- but she leveled with me and heard out all my concerns. I'm so thankful I got to see her, she made me feel so much better and calmer, and she sent off a test to just make sure about some things."
