"We first joined Carolina Sinus Center several years ago and we were pleased. The last couple of years we have had several problems and the last one is unforgivable. I had misplaced my prescription, so I called the office at 830 am to send a new one over! (I was very sick). The office finally sent the wrong script over at noon, I called and asked if it was an antibiotic because it was a different drug. The girl, Tawny said yes it is! Asked the pharmacists and she said that Methylprednisolone was in fact not an antibiotic. Also this drug could effect blood pressure, which I have high blood pressure. I called back to let them know how concerned I was that a medicine I had never been prescribed was written for me and could have been harmful! I was flabbergasted at how management failed to listen or show empathy, Quanita (Ma) refused to apologize, but did try to resolve the issue and Dawn was the absolute worst telling me “you lost your medicine,” constantly talking over me! Refusing to apologize and ultimately hanging the phone up on me. I know the medical industry is “stressed”, but you cannot treat patients like they are beneath you! Remember, this is still a business and I will be choosing to bring my business elsewhere due to harsh treatment, incorrect medical advise and sending over the wrong script. **Correct script was finally sent at 330 and after 9 calls! "My visits are always good. The staff are friendly and attentive. The doctors are great."

"My septum was severely deviated. I did not snore at night but while lying down asleep on my back, my nostrils always collapsed and I would breathe through my mouth. My wife would tell me to turn over and face the other way so she would not hear my heavy breathing. Dr Williams has alleviated this with sinuplasty surgery which I would have had done many years ago had I known about it."

"This was my first and last experience with this office! We were scheduled for a 9:15am appointment and arrived at 9am. We waited until 10am to ask if we would be seen next and the receptionist told me the doctor was stuck in traffic and would be in shortly. After we waited for almost an hour to see the doctor no one informed us of the reason behind the wait- how unprofessional! It would have been nice to know the doctor wasn’t even there. We told receptionist we needed to call and reschedule and left. I was expecting a call later for them to reschedule our appointment and maybe a better explanation, but I never heard a thing. I don’t think this is anyway to do business and I certainly won’t go back. I’d give no stars if I could!"
