"I went today for my annual mammogram. I go to this facility every year and today was a vastly different experience for the better. Theresa did my mammogram and she was wonderful. I was taken back before my appointment time and out in 30 minutes. While this testing is always unpleasant, this time was not nearly as painful as my past ones. She was mindful of my scar tissue caused by radiation and asked me about my pain level rather than just cranking down as hard as she could. Best experience for this test . ."

"On 1/12/24, $84.20 was collected for an ultrasound that was not done. Piedmont has already been paid more than $1000 by my insurance company, but they refuse to refund this charge for 30 to 45 days. So they charged me for a copay for a procedure that was not done. Isn’t that fraud? I also need a bone density, but called my doctor a requested a new order at a different facility. When we seek treatment we are also consumers. My money and the money of my insurance company will no longer be spent at Piedmont."

"First off, let’s just say I think getting mammograms should be illegal! (Joking, but goodness gracious, ouch) Now that I’ve got that out of the way :) I would like to publicly thank Sharon for her amazing guidance and care during my screening. You can tell when someone is working just for a paycheck and when someone is passionate about their work while caring for patients. I had a breast reduction with complications that caused my mammogram to be painful, however Sharon talked me through every step, took slow breaths with me, laughed together through my tears and we made it through together. "I do not know what people are complaining about. The staff was so nice. This was my first time and the nurse walked me through every step before, during and after. They had nice comfortable robes. In the changing room there is a sign about the robes if you prefer one or not. But the first nurse didn't even ask, she automatically handed them out."
