"I will never ever ever go back to this place. First: let me tell you about it yesterday. I had an appointment to meet with a new counselor because the old one I had quit one day after seeing me. I get to the building a half hour early I'll walk to an outlet store then I walk back at 2 and nobody was there I waited an additional 15 minutes in the heat with the door locked no one there and not one showed ip. Outside in 80 degree weather with no covering in the parking lot I' then contacted my driver. I have been trying to call them now since yesterday no phone call no answers on the phone poor business a very very very poor business they don't even answer the phones they don't call back like they're supposed to nobody showed up for my appointment yesterday at all whatsoever I will never go back do not use this company do not use this company"
"I’d give it zero stars! The office: the young guy there is extremely unprofessional and rude. The counselor: there was no long term or short term treatment plan and we had no idea what she was talking about with our child. After a couple of appointments, she cancelled due to a possible Covid exposure and several months later, we are still waiting to hear about rescheduling. Definitely do not recommend this place!"
"The most unprofessional office I have ever had to deal with. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Lights were off & no staff at the desk when we showed up for my daughter's first appointment...tried calling several days after and their automated phone system kept telling me the extensions were invalid. When I FINALLY get someone on the phone he tried to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with their phone system and that he was "just too busy" to take my call."
"This place doesn’t seem to take their job seriously. I was set up with these people to take my daughter there. Waited an entire month for an appointment. I was giving an appointment date and took her, they weren’t even open that day!! I called them the next day on a Tuesday and they still don’t answer the phone. If you don’t care about your clients then maybe you should find another job to do. Thanks for nothing."
"If you want help DO NOT COME HERE!!!! My mother who has now been diagnosed with anxiety and depression started coming here in March. She went to her first appointment on March 10th which went well and her therapist did diagnose her with anxiety but said the anxiety was causing depression like symptoms and that she was not depressed. She is and has said how tired she is and ready for her life to end which is why we are getting her help. Her second appointment was on March 17th to make sure she was on the correct medication that her primary care had prescribed her with until she could be seen here. She was then scheduled a second appointment with her therapist for the following week. Well as we all know Covid-19 hit. The office called my mother to cancel her appointment due to Covid-19 they were closing the office and she would be contacted when they reopened to schedule another appointment. Well since my mother had been prescribed medicine from her primary care and now them 2 months went by and we had yet to hear from them and my mothers medicine eventually ran out. We tried on several to call them and never got an answer. By this point my mother is having side effects from being off her medication and is again talking about how she wants her life to end. I called her primary care doctor who did prescribe her medicine and had to up the dosage since my mother was so bad off. The nurse for the primary care doctor and the doctor her self tried to call them and could not get an answer. she also suggested to call the pharmacy and have them do a virtual prescription request. The pharmacist couldn’t get through to them either. We continued our search for another therapist. A couple of weeks later I decided to try to call them again since I was very upset at the fact that they were just leaving all their patients without medication since they closed. Well I actually got in touch with them this time only to be told they never closed due to the pandemic and stayed open the entire time. I was told my mother’s therapist had left the office, and was asked to give them a list of all her patients and my mother just must have been missed. Ok the office assigned my mother to this therapist and has every record of her attending her appointments so it makes no sense why it’s the therapists responsibility to let them know who she has been seeing. This is not an independent therapist that finds her own clients. Furthermore, someone from the office called to cancel the last appointment so they had to have her information to do that. Also, they had a pharmacy request and messages that they never addressed. Had she actually tried to commit suicide this would be a whole different situation. Even still it is patient neglect. On top of all of that they are committing insurance fraud. From the first appointment on March 10th there are 2 office visits claims on her insurance and from March 17th there is 1 office visit and a lab claim for $600 on her insurance. Mind you no blood urine or anything was ever taken from her. There was never a lab done. This place has no clue what they are doing and are crooks!"
