"I called to schedule a first patient appointment and spoke to a Mr. McClain who was very nice and helpful, which was a relief after trying to get appointments at other practices. Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment but I couldn't reach anyone by phone so I left a message. When the time came when my appointment was orginally scheduled, I got a phone call and a very nasty and disrespectful message from the doctor herself saying that I was late and that if I had intentially no showed, that I better not try and reschedule because they don't take kindley to people who just don't show up. I called back, yet again getting the answering machine and left a message for her that I had to leave a message when I called to cancel and that she should have checked that before calling someone to leave a completely inappropriate voice mail message. I am certainly glad that I did not go. I would never want someone who is in the mental health field treating me or anyone else like that. This was a totally inappropriate and unprofessional interaction. I honestly cannot believe that she is allowed to be in practice. I did not want to give her 1 star."

"I really feel uncomfortable putting even 1 star, however I believe I had to rate before I could review. My mother attends this practice and I have to say I am very disappointed to say the least. She is having reactions to the medications that she has been put on and she has turned into a totally different person and we cannot even reach the office to do something about this! It is sad that no phone calls will be returned, no one will answer the phone or anything!! I have had to take my mother to the emergency room because the reactions are so severe! At this point, I am extremely upset with this practice!! This type of review seems to be quite common for TCPA. Attend at your own risk!"

"Dr. Kelly is a good doctor, but he works in a bad place. Gina, the one I used to see before I switched to him, is constantly disinterested and dismissive of her patients lives. The office does not return calls, no matter how many messages you leave, and they rarely answer the phone. Do not use this place if you want to feel like you matter and are being heard. Because of this place, I had to experience prescription drug withdrawal on my own because I could not get in contact with a person to make an appointment to get on medication safe for pregnancy. In short, a bad place. Don’t ever go here because they don’t care about you."

"They don't answer their phone or call back ever. I've called several times on various occasions over the past 2 months and can't reach anyone. They also take your vitals (blood pressure, weight, etc) in the "waiting room" in front of everyone. Dr. Kelly is the only professional I've dealt with there, he was very kind and helpful. I hope for his sake he finds a better practice to work with ."

"It has been extremely difficult attempting to get an appointment with this office... no follow up from very disorganized office staff. After finally connecting, I was told that I would be sent a packet to complete prior to arrival. Two days later I received a voice mail from the same staff member to call to set up an appointment, which I had already done)! Before i left home I realized that I had not received the packet and, after looking up the address, realized that the office had moved and was 15 minutes further from my home.. I phoned to notify that we would be late and, the call went to voice mail...left a message that I would be about 15 minutes late. Upon arrival we were denied the appointment because we were 2 minutes too late. The staff was extremely efficient at smugly notifying me that my son had already been billed for the "missed appointment." The office was very difficult to locate, which added to the lateness. I asked if we could be seen for part of the session because it was so hard to get in. Denied! I asked for the doctor to call me to discuss and was laughingly told “I’ll tell her, but she aint gonna call”. I’m making no judgment on the Doctor or her abilities, but her “office staff” is extremely unprofessional, rude and uncaring. People in need should steer clear of this office…."
