"Absolute one of the best shops in the area. Some of the absolute best selections and variety. Customer service is solid and personable. The introduction of the display island is a game changer in the area. If for no other reason, check it out for this. There is a no refund/no returns policy. However, they do strongly encourage you to try your products (vape pens etc) before leaving. That way if there is an issue, they can address it as it comes right out of the box on site."
"Horrible customer service, before I bought item I asked what would happen if it doesn’t work. Kid who was working the front said they would refund me. I finally try product at home and it was defective, and when I returned to the shop not even an hour later they did not want to help me. The kid told me “that’s too bad” and then told me I was making up the refund policy. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back."
