We have three convenient locations in Wilmington, Supply, and Hampstead to better serve you. Dr. Ricciardelli, a highly trained plastic surgeon, is double boarded in head, neck, facial surgery, and plastic surgery. He has been performing plastic surgery for over 29 years and is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia Department of Plastic Surgery.

"Absolutely HORRIBLE experience today as a new patient of this office. The ladies at the front were wonderful and I was hopeful about receiving care at this office until meeting my assistant, Grace, and my provider, Samantha Byrd. The disrespect and lack of empathy from Samantha really baffled me, as I paid my copay and expected to receive quality care but was literally in my room for less than 3 minutes before my concerns were dismissed and disregarded. I drove over 40 minutes for this appointment and I am now looking for another provider to help address the health concerns I still have after my rushed appointment. As an individual in the medical field, I would never address or treat my patients in the way I was treated today."
"I had great service this morning and staff was very supportive. However, my prescription was sent in WRONG to the pharmacy and I WAS UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYBODY AT SUMMIT DERMATOLOGY. Message was they would return the call within 72 hours. I am leaving to go out of town so 72 hours response is not sufficient. I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE IN PERSON. NOT ACCEPTABLE CLIENT SERVICE!!!!! I have now received 2 follow up phone calls within a couple of hours of when I first tried to call. Very receptive to my comments and did their best to make amends. I now feel they have gone overboard in trying to take care of my needs. I would now raise their valuation to a four (4)!!!"

"I will start by saying that the PA was great. No concerns with medical care. I would give her 5 stars. The office staff is the issue- especially the younger girl up front wearing glasses. This whole appointment setup issue has been a disaster on their end- they’ve cancelled/ changed appointment times without informing me, etc, but she was very rude and has no business being at a front desk of a Dr office with her attitude. I am an office manager at a Drs office myself and I would never speak to a patient the way she spoke to me today"
