"The 1-star was for the receptionist, who was very welcoming and professional. Unfortunately I did not have a welcoming experience from Dr. Amy. She walked into the room and barely acknowledged me. When I presented concerns, most of her responses were “idk” without educated suggestions. I spoke about previously getting a mammogram and wanted her to give a breast exam as a follow up. Her response was very hesitant as if she didn’t understand why I would want the exam. Never again!"
"Dr. Elizabeth Clay and Dr. Jakita Strong are both extraordinary! They both truly care about their patients and prove to enjoy what they do! Also, desk receptionist Jerry did an awesome job at answering the phone 5 minutes before closing! I expected no one to answer since closing was so close, but thanks to Jerry I was able to set a time sensitive appointment for the following day! That kind of care is unfortunately very rare now a days! Thank you so much for caring, Atrium Health on Remount!"
