"I am not happy with their services. My son made an appt to see a dr. We went in the lobby to wait, they called other people in front of us. I went to the front desk and asked why they didn't call my son 1st, the nice lady at front desk checked and called the nurse. She came up to me and said that the dr will see my son 1st before the other lady with kids. No that didn't happen. Now my son was the LAST patient. I won't come back again even tho they were friendly up front."

"An urgent care that won't see you!!! Insane, we got here at 6:15 and they don't close til 7:30 but they aren't seeing anymore patients. There is no one waiting. May as well be a primary care office only."

"I have been here a few times, unfortunately, and everyone has been pretty nice, no wait. Their x-ray machine was down when my husband had to go and had to go to Gastonia and then back to the one here in Dallas. That was a little ridiculous, but understood."

"BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE! I brought my son to this place because he had a unmanageable pain in his stomach and they turned him away WITHOUT even asking us what the issue was. Come to find later he had appendicitis and had to be rushed to Children's Levine Hospital. Then my daughter went to this place, they took her money and told her that there was nothing they could do and she needed to go to ER. Also, the people that work the front desk are ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I will never even consider coming to this place again and will make sure I let everyone know why! Terrible!"
