"Very rude pharmacy technician. I called in because I received notification a medication was not in stock and its been over a week. She asked me if I tried the automated system. Was very rude when she told me the medication was on back order. They do t want to answer calls. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone through the automated system. Worst customer service here at this location. They want you to check the app but it doesn't even work correctly and your medication disappear if there is an issue. She needs to find another job if she is so miserable. It must be horrible to be that miserable that you have to be that mean and rude to people who are struggling and need help with medication."
