"Alexa @ BenchMark Physical Therapy at The Pointe in Wilmington, NC, is great. She did an initial evaluation of my whiplash related neck issues which she used to tailor my PT - each exercise was clearly explained and demonstrated. Additional exercises were added gradually as my neck pain subsided. All exercise details were printed out for me to use at home. She also pointed out the need for me to improve my posture while exercising; this was excellent advice which I am now conscious of all the time, not just while exercising. After 12 sessions, we mutually decided that I was able to continue exercising on my own at home due to decreased neck pain and significant positive improvement indicated in my final evaluation. Alexa is a kind, knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and professional physical therapist. I highly recommend her."
