"Manager is giving this place a bad reputation!!! The manager bad attitude and mean is the only way to describe him. Almost every occasion my boyfriend and I go in here he is just unnecessarily rude for absolutely no reason. We especially my boyfriend are frequent shoppers. We just go in stick to ourselves, shop, and my boyfriend ask for the size shoes he needs. We visited a couple days ago my boyfriend got a pair of shoes that he retried on in the parking lot and realized he needed a bigger size. Went inside to exchange sizes but the manager said they were slightly dirty on bottom although you could hardly tell because he had tried them on and walked in them for a minute in parking lot but because of this even though they were only a couple hours old manager would not return them. That is only one incident out of many because it’s every time we go in there with him working. We are not the only ones that have this experience with the manager being hatefully rude. We actually know a handful or more people who don’t shop here only because of this manager. All I know is he is causing customers to not return and giving this store a really bad reputation because almost every time shopping here gets brought up with other people this said manager is the first thing mentioned."
