"I had a slightly over 2-hour drive to get to my appointment at 8:00 in the morning. I was late over a half an hour late. I missed judge the time it would take to get me there and I was headed towards the wrong office. Since I missed my appointment they did not have to see me but they went out of their way to find another office that was open and would take me thus saving me a wasted 4 hours drive. They went above and beyond my expectations to see me. I'm very grateful.."
