"We can not explain the dissatisfaction we have received over the past two weeks with Dr. Adam’s. We have called since 9/9/22 almost to weeks later still no return call. We have been calling every day for a refill on a prescription and the office staff indicates they are relaying messages to Dr. Adam’s but he is not replying to them either. Very unprofessional not to call a patient back. (Little River location.) Called the Myrtle Beach location to see if anyone can help, to be told what do you want us to do if the doctors isn’t replying. We asked to speak to another practicing doctor and was told doctors don’t speak with their patients over the phone. Do not recommend this office for care. After care is unacceptable."
