"Dr horner showed me no spathy and cut my meds off even when I had proff of medical reasons why my drug screen was off n I am in seat h of Another Dr and going through a emotional time just had a miscarriage n she showed no sympathy to my situation m said she'd give me no refills at this time because I had proof of a medical procedure causing my drug screen to be abnormal n she just ignored the facts I had excellent care w Dr gonzalGo until Jr left m she even asked why I was on the ADHD medication she perscribed very unethical m unsafe"
"Very poor patient care , never able or allowed to talk to prescribing doctor except when they see you via (online ,skype , facetime) and because of this you have to relay private ,protected information; that should be between you and your doctor to the lady who answers the phones and then no one returns phone calls , billing mistakes on the regular , poor communication between office and doctors , office staff are rude . I saw 4 separate doctors in 4 months and my meds where changed 4 separate times even though the original prescribed dosage worked , doctors don't care and do not listen to you or your needs as a patient . My experience with the Wilmington office has been that they are very unprofessional . I had an appointment a week ago and my script is still setting at the pharmacy because the lack of communication and the doctors office botched the paperwork up and this Is not the first time !. It took me to write a email to the head office just to get someone to call me back. Ill be filling a complaint with the BBB and NC medical board. i hope this helps whoever reads this and know Id give them ZERO stars if i could !!!!!!!!!!"
