"My children have been seeing Dr. Williams for 6 years now. I have never been more happier with a physician. Dr. Williams is kind, compassionate, sweet, caring, thorough, and does not judge you. She takes the time to listen to concerns and makes you feel good about them, and answering all questions, before leaving the office. She will spend as much time with you and your kids as you need. I will never stop bringing my kids to this practice. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Dr. Williams is so worth any wait times (however, we usually do not wait long at all) To be expected in any pediatrician's office during flu/cold seasons, if they have AWESOME doctors! Dr. Smith is great too, we have seen her several times throughout the years. Love this practice! A ++++"
"Very impressed with the physicians and staff at the Myrtle Beach location! We are out of town visiting family and they got us in for a same day appointment. Dr. Elkins is very knowledgeable and takes her time to answer questions. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or traveling!"
"This was the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. I scheduled my children, did my paperwork and payment before the visit, and showed up early. From that point on, it was a joke. There was no real direction if we were supposed to come into the office or not upon arrival, everyone was waiting in their cars, so we just did the same. All of a sudden, other patients who arrived after us, went in, so we followed suit. After 30 minutes, our nurse came to get my children. There was no good morning or trying to say their names properly, or welcome to our office is this your first time? It was just "take your shoes off, stand there," etc. The nurse proceeded to do a hearing test on my 4-year-old son, and once again, no proper direction, "OK I'm going to put these headphones on when you hear in this ear, raise this hand." Then didn't do one on my daughter, which was fine but once again no explanation. Finally, my son had very bad reactions to vaccinations, and in SC you are able to get an exemption. Instead of questioning deeper into the situation, we basically were just escorted out to the front desk. Let me just say my daughter's vaccines are fully up to date. The PA could have tried to understand our situation and possibly come up with a plan, it was just, "You have an exemption, we can't see you." Wouldn't you want to make sure these kids get care? Maybe because we were new and just wanted to have a positive doctor check-up without being injected the first time, is why we were there. I understand policy; however, I wouldn't even want to be in an office that clearly missed the point of health care."
"Yikes, not exactly what you would think from a doctors office. Nurses should have a friendly demeanor, be helpful and treat each person welcoming, its the damn south. No real direction when navigating with small children. Generally, you should explain why and how to kids, not just tell. Also, if your kids dont have all their shots, but have an exemption, it means nothing to them, they are private. Would be nice, if that was explained prior so people dont waste their time. Get it together and be more advanced in your forward thinking. I get it that we are at beach, but this is medical, so be that!"
"My son has been with GSP for a roughly 7 years now. We recently switched to the Little River location and we absolutely LOVE it! The environment is always relaxed. The staff is very friendly! Easy to get an appointment with. We love love love his new doctor. Absolutely recommend bringing your children here!"
