"Originally I thought I really liked our doctor, Pamala Taylor. however I don’t find it a coincidence that the first time I go without my husband she is rude. I asked about the 4 month vaccinations and her response was very catty. “If you want to protect your baby, yeah.” I simply wanted Information on the boosters and how necessary they were because I’m not a health professional I can only do but so much research on my own. So therefore I asked the health professional.. and her response and tone was just rude and frankly judgmental. I also asked about my daughters eye being constantly goopy/crusty. I know that clogged tear ducts do this but I was concerned about the color being green, I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t infection, she very much brushed that off. She looked at her eye for .5 seconds and made me feel very dumb to have asked about it.. so safe to say I will be looking for another pediatrician."

"Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The gentleman working the front desk was so sweet and helpful especially when he was unable to find my appointment in the computer. He immediately made me an appointment and got us in. Dr taylor is my absolute favorite person and her staff is amazing! She has been seeing my children basically since birth and I have always been so grateful to have found her especially moving from out of state and not knowing anyone. Overall I’m always happy with every appointment experience."
