"I was admitted your facility 2 weeks ago and got discharged yesterday. My experience was ok. I had doctor Oduwale and he is great! I was on the women’s unit. My first couple of days there a tad rocky because of another patient triggering me, and my roommate was extremely rude and kept turning the lights on throughout the night and kept turning the shower on and off which was extremely rude. I asked for a room change the next day and they got right on it. Food is absolutely delicious. Dr. O weaned me off one of my meds and started me on a new one which seems to be working much better. My only complaint is there needs to be more groups and structure. I spent 90% of the time sitting and coloring. I was there to get treatment, not to color. But if I ever need to go back, I would. Thank you guys so much for the care that I received!"

"This was one of the scariest experiences I've ever had and this place did not help any of that. This is the only mental hospital I've ever been to and on my first day Dr Shetty accused me of lying because someone at the ER misheard what I said and wrote it down wrong and threatened that I would not leave until I told the truth. She constantly interrupted me asking why I was switching up the story when I was only trying to tell her what happened. I left crying because I thought I would never leave since I told the truth from the beginning. A nurse even told a girl that she was trying to kill herself with water and he did not give her any because they give you smallest plastic cups and she got water like 3 times before. Another nurse told me that I was not supposed to be happy there. There was some nice staff but lord this place is a mess fix it please"

"I gave it 3 stars because some of the staff were excellent. Anybody that has been to Detox knows you should be grouped to death. Short staffing didn't allow that. The purpose is the mere fact that you feel like a loser, even though not true, it provides a distraction and a therapeutic release if you share your heart and soul. The food is designed to pack on pounds for a addict but no menu options for a alcoholic who's gut has been wrecked by heavy alcohol abuse. It's a crying shame that cooperate America now runs mental/medical health. Here is the good news, do it once and you never have to do it again!!!"

"My arm dislocated while i was here and they refused to call Ems for me because "my doctor had to approve it" he wasnt coming in till hours later so i had to re set it myself. this place is horrible they will not help you. YOU WILL NOT get therapy, counseling, or anything YOU SHOULD. i came in for depression and i was given nothing but substance abuse classes. This place is NOT the place to go. im considering suing for the EMS fiasco."

"i went a few years ago after i OD and i have flashbacks from what i’ve experienced. most nurses were really mean, we could only call ONE loved one for 5 minutes a day, we were given unhealthy food and the girls unit was full so i was admitted to the BOYS unit. i was catcalled at every single breakfast, lunch and dinner and was even getting word of someone planning to fight me? yeah no. please refrain from coming here"
