"The front desk worker was rude and short. Also, there were multiple people going in front of me and I was waiting in the waiting area for 4+ hours. Once I got to the back, the physician was very nice & thorough."

"The staff was super nice, and everyone was very friendly. The wait time was a couple hours, and it probably feels like forever when you're sick. Unfortunately, I didn't sign in online, but checked in when I arrived. However, the Dr was very thorough, not rushing thru things, and he did proper testing, with the nurse's assistance. I feel like I got a proper diagnosis based on my symptoms, and the medication he prescribed will hopefully give me some relief. Thanks Urgent Care for all your help!"

"I was a first time patient here. I scheduled an appointment at 12 am last night for 8 am this morning. Doors didn’t open until 8 so i went in right at my appointment time and checked in. Within 10 minutes I was taken back for normal procedures and in the a room. I got my nose and throat swapped for the tests. The nurse left and I waited probably 5-10 minutes for the doctor to come in and my test results weren’t done but he was talking me through everything, asking questions to get to know me. Both the doctor and nurse were doing so. Afterwards I was told my results and left at 8:55. Very friendly peoples and clean environment."
